A comprehensive Quality Program is in place at Industrial Tube Corporation. Our Mission Statement, Organizational Chart, and Quality Manual are available for review if required.
Our highly motivated and skilled production staff works hand in hand with our sales engineers to guarantee a product that consistently conforms to our customer’s requirements. Customers are encouraged to submit samples of existing tubing to ensure that no production delays will result due to non-conforming parts.
Testing methods in place at Industrial Tube Corporation include:
Hardness testing according to Vickers, Rockwell
Tensile strength testing
Mercurous nitrate testing (stress test)
Chemical analysis
Mercurous nitrate testing (stress test)
Eddy current testing
Checking of all dimensions such as diameters (outer and inner), wall thickness, length, eccentricity, etc.
ISO 9001:2008 Registration achieved October, 2015. Certification Available Upon Request.
